Rental period object
The chalet, caravan and tent are rented per week, with the arrival on Saturday afternoon (from 14:00 hours) and departure on Saturday before 11:00 hours.
Chalet
The chalet is fully equipped for 2 people. There is a lounge with open kitchen (with cooker and fridge), one bedroom with 2 double bed (with pillows and quilts), a bathroom with shower and toilet and a veranda. Total area is 28 m2. The rental price is for 2 persons and includes gas, water and electricity. By request we also have towels and sheets for rent package. In the cooler periods there is also a possibility to rent gas-heating.
Caravan
The caravan is equipped with standard small toilet, refrigerator, stove, crockery, duvets, pillows, table, chairs and parasol. The rent includes gas, water and electricity and the price for two people. If desired, we also rent a bed sheet package.
Tent De Waard
The tent is equipped with (relax)chairs and table, small kitchen and complete inventory, tableware, and airbeds. The rent for the tent includes gas, water and the price for 2 people.
Pets and smoking are not allowed in our rentals.
Pitch
It is also possible to book a pitch for your tent our caravan, with or without electricity.
Reservation
If the desired rental object is available, you will receive a booking confirmation by email, containing the reserved period and the specification of the costs. Of this amount a deposit of 25% should be made within 7 days. Only after receiving this deposit the booking is final.
The remaining costs must be paid on arrival, in case of rental of the chalet, the caravan or tent the rest is to be paid 6 weeks before arrival.
Cancellation
In case of cancellation the deposit paid is not refundable. In case the full amount is paid in advance and the reservation is cancelled before 6 weeks of the rental period, 50% of the amount is refunded. If cancellation is done within the last six week of the rental periode, there will be no refund. We recommend a cancellation insurance. Even in case of early departure there is no refund of the paid costs.
